Lever/Pad
Lever pad door handles are made up of a lever handle on one side and a paddle shaped handle on the other. These are designed for use with key wind locks. However they can also be attached to multipoint split spindle door locks.
After you have picked the right handle for your doors, the finishes will be displayed in the drop-down list. Some styles of handles are not available in all finishes. When you are choosing new lever pad door handles made of upvc, it is essential to ensure that they are in line with the PZ (distance between the spindle of the handle and the centre of the hole for the cylinder) of your existing multipoint locks, as they need to be in line for the doors to remain locked, whether from the inside or the outside. Our handles are designed to fit most standard cylinders, however it is important to double-check prior to purchasing.
You will need to remove your handles that you have already installed and then dismantle the lock case if you're upgrading to dual spindle levers for your handle since this will require an additional split inline cylinder. These are available separately and we have a full technical diagram that you can look at in the images for each product.
It is a good thing to loosen the screws that hold the door handle you have and then inspect the mechanism. If the screws aren't tight enough it is possible to loosen them more. After that, you can take the spindle from the handle and replace it with a new upvc handle. It is important to ensure that the handle is in the proper position prior to installing it. You can do this by placing your finger between the door frame and the handle, to ensure that it's in the right position.

Lever/Lever
Lever door handles function as a multi point lock using an Euro cylinder and can be found on most upvc double doors, aluminium doors and some wooden doors. They have an inside lever and an outside paddle and are generally available in two varieties. Sprung - They have a spring cassette installed within the backplate to help bring the handle lever to the horizontal position. Non-sprung - These do not have a spring mechanism and must be manually pulled to raise the handle lever to a horizontal position.
To repair the door handle lever that is sliding it is necessary to locate the detent access pin or hole. This is usually small, protruding ring or rectangle found on the handle base plate. Once you have located the hole for accessing the detent or pin, you can remove it using the help of a screwdriver.
After the handle is positioned horizontally, you can install the screws. Make sure to tighten them so that the handle remains firmly attached to the base plate. It is also recommended to apply a threadlocking adhesive solution to the threads of the screw to increase the grip and stop them from loosening over time.
Lever door handles that droop can be caused by many factors. The most common reason is that the fixings have been over tightened and are putting strain on the lever bearing which causes it to become a bind on the door face. It is also possible that the levers haven't been adjusted at the right angle, which stretches the latch mechanism and prevents it from fully springing into motion.
The most common reason for a sprung lever not working correctly is the spring not being in the right position on the backplate. To determine if the handle returns to its horizontal position, simply turn it.
If your door handles are loose it is crucial to find the issue fast, as this can lead to excessive wear on the screws and eventually to the handle falling off of the base plate. It is recommended to tighten all screws that are loose regularly to help to stop them from loosening.
Lever/Snib
These upvc handles are called "Snib handle sets" and have a snib lock button at the top of the door lever. If you do not have a dummy locking device you can use this feature to secure the door. They are usually fitted with a Fullex 68PZ (that's 68mm between the spindle's center and lever or the lock centre) door lock. We also have a selection of 68PZ door handle from brands like Ferco and Fab & Fix.

There could be a variety of things that can cause this, the first being a simple lack of lubrication on the latch plate.
